Express is a Level 2 (AAA) Contributor on the Generic Scorecard according to the Department of Trade and Industry’s Framework as assessed by Empowerdex.
The evaluation process involved an assessment of our levels of compliance to the seven empowerment factors, namely: Ownership, Control, Employment Equity, Skills Development, Preferential Procurement, Enterprise Development and Socio-economic Development. Our level 2 rating enables our clients in turn to claim 125% (R1.25) for all procurement spend incurred with Express.
