Grace period before the proposed labour law amendments

Question with regards to the proposed Labour Law amendments:  

Once these proposed Labour Laws come effective, is there a grace period before the proposed Labour Law amendments changes are to be enforced?

At the moment it appears that on a majority of the provisions the answer will be no, the proposed amendments will be effective immediately.

We expect that the changes will take place during late October or November.
