Overview

A company in Centurion, responsible for ensuring safer and more efficient roads is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO and CFO with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.

 

Duties:

  • Secretarial/Personal Assistant duties to CEO and CFO
  • Dictation and handling of correspondence
  • Create, implement and maintain filing system for CEO and CFO
  • Manage CEO and CFO’ diaries
  • Prepare and compile board pack
  • Arrange catering and logistics for board meetings
  • Assist in preparation and compilation of various monthly and quarterly reports
  • Take meetings at various meetings
  • Maintain and control original documentation
  • Coordinate resolutions for Directors
  • Obtain updated reports on litigious matters
  • Local and international travel arrangements
  • Research and registrations for conferences, seminars and workshops
  • Arrange management breakaways and strategic sessions
  • Arrange site visits
  • Manage, control and order office amenities and stationery
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Manage administration on copiers and printers
  • Liaise with Building Owner on maintenance of building
  • Control petty cash
  • Supervise, coordinate and administration of cleaning staff
  • Assist with functions/events
  • Manage administration budget
  • ISO audit
  • Traveling may be required for one/two days twice per year (annual conference)

 

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Drivers’ license and own vehicle
  • Non-smoker
  • 3 – 5 Years’ experience in a similar role

 

Salary: R25 000 to R28 000 per month, medical aid and pension, 13th cheque and performance bonus

Working hours: 06h30 – 15h00 or 08h00 – 16h30 (flexible hours)
