Administrative Assistant

Our client specialising in the manufacturing industry based in Olifantsfontein is looking for an energetic individual who is excellent with client services to appoint as an Administrative Assistant. This is a maternity cover starting mid-September 2018 until mid-February 2019

Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: R9000.00 to R10 000.00 per month

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric with maths
  • Computer literate: MS Office and Pastel
  • – 1 Year working experience in an administration role
  • Previous client service experience essential
  • Fluent in English and IsiZulu
  • SeSotho and Afrikaans beneficial
  • Non-smoker
  • Reside in Centurion or Midrand

Please note successful candidates will be tested on minimum requirements

 

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Client services
  • Sales: assisting walk-in customers
  • Invoicing and receipts
  • Receiving cash and card payments
  • Receiving incoming calls and re-directing to correct departments
  • Filing
  • General Administration
