Purpose of the role: to be a management representative and will form an essential part of the Retail Management Team focusing primarily on customer satisfaction and customer interaction.

Job Objectives
Functional and operational responsibility

  • Together with the Dealers focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Providing solutions for the customer that will improve the customer experience and build long term relationships with the customer
  • Facilitate and expedite information provided by the customer to the relevant Dealers
  • Continuous Customer Relationship management with regular face to face visits with the customer
  • Analyzing and distributing customer queries to the relevant departments for resolution
  • Ensuring queries are actioned timeously in relevant departments
  • Attend key account customer technical meetings
  • To provide the highest level of service to all customers
  • Monitor and ensure that correct levels of After sales support is provided to customers
  • Provide support to the branch managers as required i.e. customer meetings, query resolution
  • Act as a liaison between the branch, aftermarket (h/o) and the customer
  • Integrate the region into the National After-sales effort to ensure a common customer support in RSA
  • To contribute and be involved with scheduled customer meetings regionally wherever and whenever necessary in order to present a unified Company Offer to the customers
  • Monitor campaign progress regionally and daily sleepover reports
  • Support Aftermarket requirements that is required
  • Support the truck sales organisation where necessary
  • Participate in seminars/meetings when required

Qualifications

  • B.Com or similar business degree/ Related Technical Qualification

Job Experience

  • Minimum 5 years industry experience preferably from within a truck dealer environment
