Executive Office Coordinator: Centurion

A global consulting company based in Centurion is looking for a confident and pro-active individual to join their team for a maternity cover contract. It will be from 1 August 2018 until 31 January 2019.

Salary: R10 000 – R15 000

Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a high level support role
  • Extensive office administration knowledge
  • Good understanding of IT Literacy
  • Must be available from 1 Aug 2018 to 31 Jan 2019
  • Bachelor’s degree will be advantageous
  • Computer literate MS Office suite and One Note

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Diary management (schedules for all Executive’s)
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
  • Co – ordinate projects
  • Assist with email correspondence of manager
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Staff liaison
  • Client queries
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations and other reports
  • Handle all incoming calls
  • Travel arrangements (Accommodation, flight, car rentals etc.)
  • Preparation of travel itineraries
