An established company within the Health & Safety industry is looking for a vibrant and energetic individual to join their team as an ISO Administrator.  This position does require travelling nationally and cross-border. This is a 6-month contract with a possibility to go permanent.

Salary R9 000 – R12 000

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Qualification in Business administration/management or Project management
  • Relevant ISO Qualification
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • Experience in flow charts and Visio
  • Relevant experience in a coordination/administration role
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Developing of systems, policies, procedures, forms and templates
  • Implementation of systems
  • Conduct audits (incl. audit reports, meeting minutes, non-conformance reports, corrective and preventive action reports)
  • Client relationship – follow up’s, interaction on requirements, client services, etc.
  • Quality assurance
  • Attend meetings
  • Maintain filing systems
