Job Description:  Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant available immediately. The ideal candidate will have a stable track record, with payroll experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with mathematics.
  • Computer literacy on Google web based applications.
  • Proficient in English (speak, read and write).
  • 3 years experience in payroll (Accsys Payroll).


The ideal candidate needs to be:

  • Friendly and organized, with the ability to multitask.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, with a professional and courteous manner towards clients.
  • Low rate of absenteeism.
  • Detail-oriented .
  • Trustworthy (with character references).
  • and proactive.
