Job Description
This Non-Profit Assisted living organisation in Somerset West, is looking for an Assistant Unit Manager.
KEY RESULT AREAS (included but not limited to)

COMPETENCIES
- Broad understanding of Assisted Living environment
- Experience in interpreting and managing a budget
- Superior communicator in verbal and written skills
- Time management
- Multi-Tasking
- Excellent ability to organise
- Adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Innovative
- Manag various levels of staff
- Drive achievement, quality and service orientation
REQUIREMENTS
- Driver license
- 2 years of management experience in Health Care or Hospitality Industry
- Exposure to Gerontology would be advantageous
