Job Description


We are looking for an Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

Under the supervision of our staff, the Front Office Coordinator can expect to manage employee data, ensuring the accuracy of time sheets, computing wages, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.

Ultimately you will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.


  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Support recruitment teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling interviews etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
  • Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholding’s, and deductions.
  • Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
  • Screen resumes and application forms


  • Degree OR Diploma in Finance or similar field
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Word, Excel, and Google Doc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Must be under 26
  • No work experience
  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • This is an employment Equity position
