Our Port Elizabeth office is looking to employ an Inside Sales Consultant to join their team. The suitable incumbent will be required to excel in selling our products and services – matching client needs to what Express Employment Professionals has to offer. The Sales Consultant will play an important part in a our company’s sustainability and efforts in staying profitable and competitive.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sell the services and solutions that our company offers.
- Maintain and grow a strong client base.
- Set up daily appointments for the Franchise Manager.
- Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
- Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries.
- Create and maintain a social media brand awareness on Express Port Elizabeth Facebook and LinkedIn platforms.
- Be a “brand ambassador” that represents the company’s brand and values.
- Be well-groomed and presentable.
- Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs.
- Fluent in English (Read, write & speak) and must speak the local African language – Xhosa.
- Able to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines.
- Being computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook email.
- Being calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues.
- Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently.
- Public Relations or Human Resource Diploma or higher
