“Mr Mhlongo holds 2 disciplines, FEL operator and 32 ton Forklift operator. He is always willing to go the extra mile by assisting in all general tasks. He does not need not to be reminded of his responsibilities, takes the initiative and executes his duties in a safe and efficient manner. Mr Mhlongo works almost regularly or on an adhoc basis. He is sometimes also called by the supervisors in our other sites.”
